The grapes were destemmed immediately after harvest, after which the must, together with the berry skins, was transferred into a vinificator, where it macerated and fermented for 11 days at 25 °C. This was followed by pressing. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to barrique barrels, where it matured in wooden barrels for 12 months and was then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it remained until bottling.
