Benedetič Pinot Bianco

Pinot Blanc, Beli Pinot, Weißburgunder
2024
Pale lemon in colour. The nose is still slightly restrained and youthful, revealing notes of dried spices and ripe yellow fruit. The grape variety is difficult to identify at this stage, both due to its reserved aromatic profile and its unusual yet pleasantly spicy character. Dry, medium-bodied, with high acidity and a lively texture. On the palate, it is understated, with the pleasant neutrality typical of Pinot Blanc. Well-balanced, easy-drinking and finishing with a long, savoury, saline note.
